Services Plans
Prices will vary depending upon the size of the swimming pool, and the frequency of visits to the property. My primary goal is to keep your pool and/or spa in the best possible condition, and I (The Serviceman) am sure that will be possible. My services will consist of the following plans:
 
Plan A - Two visits to the property each week, including the following:
  • Check and adjustment water chemicals, as necessary
  • Inspect pool pump
  • Inspect filter system
  • Bleed air off filter system
  • Backwash filter as needed
  • Inspect chlorinator system
  • Skim pool service and empty skimmer baskets
  • Inspect pool interior
  • Clean tiles
  • Vacuum walls and floor
NOTE:  This plan will require the assistance of your maintenance person to check the pool and/or spa water chemicals twice per day on the days I am not present, and once on the days Serviceman is present. As required by the Health Department, it is very important to keep a pool and spa log book in the pool equipment room. Therefore, whoever is responsible for the chemical check should record the results in the logbook.
 
Plan B:
All of the above. (PLAN A) Except that visits are only once a week.
 
Plan D (Residentials):
Once a week pool service, including vacuuming, skimming, brushing, baskets emptied, backwash as needed. Test chemical balance for sanitizer, pH, alkalinity, and water hardness. 

Any parts necessary for small repairs will be paid by customer with prior authorization. Major repairs (i.e., broken heater) are not covered under any service Plan.
 
Plan E:
All of the above. (PLAN D) Except that visits are every other week.
